Regulations

From the end of June to the end of August, bookings are accepted from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights – weekly bookings or multiples thereof). Outside the summer season, bookings can be made for any number of days.

Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00 and is included in the accommodation price. Due to current restrictions, breakfast may be served at tables as pre-ordered sets from the previous day or in buffet form.

  • The stay lasts from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival to 10:30 AM on the day of departure.
  • The reservation is confirmed by a deposit payment of 30% of the stay value to our account. Please include the stay dates, the name of the apartment, and the name of the person making the reservation in the payment title.
  • The remaining amount for the stay is payable on the day of arrival, according to the previously agreed dates. In case of an early cancellation, no refund will be given for unused accommodation, meals, or services – Legal Basis: TOURISM ACT of 4.12.1997.
  • Unregistered persons may stay in the room between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
  • Do not move room equipment or change its arrangement without prior notice. Please do not take towels, blankets, or other room equipment outside the premises.
  • The property owner is not responsible for damage to or loss of vehicles or other belongings of guests. Parking is free, unsecured, and monitored.
  • One parking space is available per apartment.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • During quiet hours, guests are required to behave in a way that does not disturb the peace of other guests.
  • For safety and fire protection reasons, it is prohibited to use heaters, immersion heaters, irons, or other electrical devices that are not part of the room’s standard equipment in the apartments.
  • The above does not apply to chargers and power adapters for RTV and computer devices.
  • For the comfort and safety of our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the property.
  • The guest bears full material responsibility for any damages or destruction of items, equipment, and technical devices in the apartments caused by them or their visitors.
  • Guests will be charged for damages discovered after they leave the room, following prior consultation with them, for repair costs.
  • If the regulations are violated, the property owner may refuse further service to the person violating them. Such a person is required to immediately comply with the owner’s requests, including payment for damages and leaving the property.
  • Personal items left in the room by departing guests will be sent back at their expense to the provided address.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • A 5% discount is granted for stays of 2 weeks.
  • In the low and mid-season, early check-in or late check-out is possible for an additional fee: Double room – 25 PLN/hour; Rooms for 3–6 people – 40 PLN/hour. Please ask the person in charge of the apartments about this option in advance.
  • Children sleeping with parents or in baby cots up to 3 years old stay for free. Travel cots are available on request.
  • Additional fee for children aged 4 to 12 – 120 PLN
  • Additional fee for adults – 160 PLN
  • Extra breakfast – 45 PLN
  • Towel replacement – 20 PLN
  • Gluten-free breakfast – 25 PLN
  • Additional cleaning – 100 PLN
  • For a two-week stay, we provide a towel and bed linen change between stays.
  • Upon arrival, inquire about availability and RESERVE (free of charge)!! Baby bathtub, potty, step stool, toilet seat adapter, stroller, travel cot, socket covers.

ONLINE PAYMENTS

Payment for the stay is accepted online via Przelewy24.pl.

The reservation is confirmed by the payment of a deposit – the amount of the deposit is indicated during the booking process based on the length of stay. The deadline for the deposit payment and payment details will be provided after making a preliminary reservation. Reservation and payment details will also be sent to you via email.

Extension of the stay or change of the booking date is only possible after prior agreement with the property. As a client, you have the option to cancel/withdraw from the booked service in accordance with the reservation terms.

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement or cancel the reservation as described in the conditions provided during the booking process. You also have the right to file a complaint – complaints should be made on the day of arrival or during the stay, so the property can respond immediately. Complaints can be submitted via phone or email and will be processed within 7 business days.
